Group Private Medical Insurance
Concur offers eligible employees the option to enroll in the Private Medical Plan. Concur pays 100% of the employee premium. Dependents may be added and the employee pays the premium. This is a P11d benefit for tax purposes.
Group Death-in-Service
Concur provides at no cost to employees life insurance coverage of four times annual base salary.
Group Permanent Health Insurance (PHI)
Concur provides at no cost to employees, Permanent Health coverage at a rate of 66.7% annual salary.

Group Personal Pension Plan
Concur provides employees with an opportunity to plan for retirement through tax deferred contributions to a Pension Plan. Employees may join and change contribution percentages at any time. Concur contributions 5% of employee's base salary. The employee contributes any percent each pay period (up to Inland Revenue limit).
Holidays
20 days per calendar year plus an additional day for each complete year of continuous employment up to a maximum of 25 days. In addition, certain statutory and/or public holidays are provided
Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Concur allows employees to participate in an Employee Stock Purchase Plan and purchase Concur Common Stock at a discounted price.
Employee Referral Program
Concur offers an employee referral program that pays a bonus for each referral hired and employed for 30 days.
Discounted Consumer Hardware and Software
Concur employees may purchase software and hardware at discounted prices. Items such as laptops, desktops, operating systems and some of the newest software and hardware.
