The feedback from the traveler I would say was rather positive especially at Unisys because we’re an IT company so a lot of things are managed through the web already whether it is an expense report, time reporting, etc. etc. so it was an additional tool. It also bring them a lot of flexibility because they can use the tool any time during the day, during the night sometime or during the weekend so for them it was really appreciated because before we implemented the tool we had a lot of complaints from the traveler from using the travel management company because of inflexibility. I think that Cliqbook was very much adapted and very much appreciated by the traveler.

We have control. We have reporting that can help us to control an audit, the expenses the employee submitted. For example, one report that I really like is that I can issue a report and see if an employee pay on his manager in a meal for example and that’s forbidden by the company policy so we can track that and this report bolds the name in red and so that’s great. I can see this immediately and track a problem if there is.

As a project manager, working with a third party vendor, I just can’t say enough about Concur’s support and their customer service ands their willingness to take what they are experts in and deal with people like me who this is not my expertise, area of expertise at all, that they’re just really great partners and will take what looks like a very scary and unfamiliar process implementing 23 countries in less than a year and not make it easy but make it something that you feel is possible because you guys know what you’re doing and it makes us feel better to lean on that kind of background and experience because that’s not our area of expertise. We do something else so it’s nice to have that.
