The world famous Royal Mint operated a non-automated expenses system that left it, unable to meet the requirements of the newly implemented Freedom of Information Act. Concur was chosen to provide an automated system that would enable it to produce accurate expenses expenditure reports as required by the Act, as well as bring about the much needed operational changes to its incumbent expenses system.
