The Premium Services team leverages best practices and industry-leading expertise developed from serving Concur's growing client base of more than 8,000 companies worldwide. Concur Premium Services provide additional post-deployment training and consulting services to help clients develop a customized analysis of corporate travel spend and expense management activities.
The new services include Premium Analytics and Advanced Premium Analytics: with Concur experts working onsite with clients to provide advanced training and reporting for Concur Intelligence -- all designed to meet specific business requirements. Concur also offers Custom Premium Reports for building customized reports to meet the unique business needs of each client, with the added flexibility of onsite or offsite development.
These new value-added offerings supplement Concur's existing world-class client support, which comes standard with all Concur offerings, and includes:
