Concur Technologies Announces Executive Promotions

REDMOND, Wash., October 11, 2005 - Concur Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: CNQR), the world's leading provider of business services that automate Corporate Expense Management, today announced the promotion of two executives.

The following executive promotions are effective immediately:


  • Rajeev Singh, chief operating officer, has been promoted to president and chief operating officer.
  • Kyle Sugamele, vice president and general counsel, has been promoted to chief legal officer.

Rajeev Singh co-founded Concur Technologies in August 1993. For the past five years, Mr. Singh has served as chief operating officer, responsible for sales, marketing, client services, research and development, hosting operations, business development, international operations and human resources.

Kyle Sugamele joined Concur in August 2000. Since then, Mr. Sugamele has served as vice president and general counsel, responsible for managing legal affairs for the company. Prior to that, Mr. Sugamele was general counsel at Cellular Technical Services Company, a provider of software solutions for the wireless telecommunications industry. Mr. Sugamele has more than 18 years of experience in providing legal services to a wide range of public and private businesses.
