Glanbia takes the headache out of expense claims with SAP Concur

Glanbia processes nearly 23,000 expense claims a year from approximately 3,300 of its 6,900 employees. The company’s main problem was that it did not have a single global expense platform. Different manual systems were used in different countries and processes were paper-based. Receipts were attached to expense forms and physically mailed into the two shared service centres.

Glanbia now runs one global instance of SAP Concur Expense, split according to whether the claim is processed in Ireland or the USA. Detailed connections ensure that all systems can take advantage of common data.
