YIT extends quest for continuous improvement to expense management

YIT’s existing expense infrastructure was a mix of semi-automated systems and manual processes involving Excel files and paper receipts. It was cumbersome, decentralised and time-consuming. The user experience was unsatisfactory, visibility was poor and the process was vulnerable to human error.

Concur Expense has enabled a smoother, more effective and more efficient expense management process for YIT. The platform flexes to enable access via a mobile app as well as a PC, giving staff the freedom to submit claims away from their desks.
