Join this on-demand webinar (part 1 of 2) where we officially launched our Research around the Government Office of the Future - Beyond the Pandemic 2022 on the 5/5 together with DODS which outlined the strategies and expectations within Local and Central Government, but also the shifts during the past 12 months and how Government adapted their workplace to operate without any of the restrictions imposed in the earlier stages of the pandemic.
The Research itself covers issues such as the role of offices in enabling flexible working, the outlook for digital transformation initiatives in light of the pandemic, and the growing importance of sustainability in informing strategy. With more than 200 senior officials interviewed, the respondents also addressed potential barriers facing the government’s reform ambitions, including the long-standing challenge of legacy technology, and those considerations – such as poor compliance – that have come to the fore in the last two years.
