Achieving annual sales of €3.1 billion, bioMérieux has a physical presence in 44 countries and serves more than 160 countries. Representing 40 of those countries, the company’s EMEA division has 2,000 employees who regularly claim expenses. This results in 1,500 expense claims a month but the method of processing those claims was unwieldy, fragmented and inefficient.

bioMérieux looked for a global solution that would be quick to deploy and would support country-specific needs. It wanted a tool that was easy to maintain and with good reporting and low total cost of ownership.
