Global SMB Traveller Report 2020

To better understand how small and medium sized businesses are reacting to resuming travel in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, SAP Concur surveyed a number of key markets including the UK, Canada, the US, France, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. What are the biggest concerns and considerations facing business travellers now and into the future within SMBs?

The findings in these markets reveal that SMB travellers recognise that business travel will remain important to success, and many are even excited to get back on the road. But how employers facilitate the reintroduction of travel is key. Some of the key findings include:

· 37% of SMB travellers expect limiting the use of public transportation

· 28% expect to prioritise the shortest route to their destination

· 46% would ask to limit travel if their company does not implement appropriate safety measures
