Having successfully implemented Concur Expense, H&M extended its portfolio to Intelligent Audit. Intelligent audit helped the team to ensure that all expense reports complied with H&M's policy, in addition to producing quick and accurate reporting on security, health and safety, and personal and company car mileage. It also helped to cut the expense types from 68 to 57, while processing petty cash claims quicker and more efficiently.
