SAP Concur Activates Delta Air Lines on TripLink Supplier Network Alongside Extended Availability of TripIt Pro for EMEA Customers

The TripLink platform already connects passengers to their favourite brands, and Delta Air Lines is the most recent addition to SAP Concur’s TripLink supplier ecosystem. The partnership enables mutual customers of SAP Concur and Delta to capture business travel bookings made directly on Delta’s website and Fly Delta mobile app, enabling multichannel booking options through Concur TripLink. Starting in April, all Concur TripLink customers in EMEA will also have access to TripIt Pro as part of their TripLink offering.

The announcement is the latest in a series of TripLink partnerships, connecting users of airlines such as Lufthansa and British Airways with
SAP Concur to allow for a seamless booking experience whilst adding significant value through visibility for travel managers.

  • This has been generated by approximately 13.5 million eligible users and 14,000 customer organisations to date

TripIt Pro for TripLink EMEA users

TripIt, the world’s highest-rated travel-organising app, will be available to all Concur TripLink customers across EMEA this April. The TripIt app has also been adapted into French, German and British English, and recently expanded its capabilities to help users track and offset carbon emissions.

This popular travel app keeps travellers organised and one step ahead, while giving companies an easy way to boost travel programme satisfaction, gain visibility into outside bookings and better fulfil duty of care responsibilities.

With the latest updates and additions, even more TripLink customers have access to complete data-visibility, with a variety of intuitive tools at their fingertips. A wider variety of transport options is now available to the traveller, making sticking to policy easier than ever.
