Traveller Self-Service identifies missing information when a ticket is booked and alerts the traveller via email with a link to our secure Traveller Self-Service website. Once they access the site, the traveller can enter their reservation number to locate the trip and update or fill in the missing information. From there, the traveller’s profile is automatically updated.
