AMI recently connected with financial decision makers in over 500  small, medium and national-sized businesses around the world (Australia,  Canada, France, Japan, United Kingdom and United States). The aim was  to better understand the “before and after” experiences of implementing  automated finance and travel solutions.

The study aimed to uncover the underlying costs of using outdated  processes and to determine the ROI of implementing automated solutions.

Among the findings uncovered:

  • Businesses that implemented integrated travel, expense and invoice  solutions saved over 530 hours annually per finance employee  
  • Automated T&E solutions saved businesses on average over £24,000
  • Similarly, automated invoice solutions saved businesses over £26,000
